STOCKHOLDING INFORMATION
Some of our stock ranges (e.g. RDL) have so
many variants it is impossible for us to hold every single unit in stock at all
times. However we do endeavour to hold stock of the most commonly sought-after
products. Any product not displaying one of the following delivery tags should
be considered as 'in stock'. See below for further information. If you have a
query regarding a particular product please call us.
DELIVERY 2-4 DAYS:
Products marked 'Delivery 2-4 Days' are not always held in stock but can be
sourced within 2-4 working days. Once in stock they will be delivered the following
day on our standard delivery service.
SPECIAL ORDER:
Products marked as 'Special Order' are not part of our standard stockholding. These items may incur a
lead-time of more than 5 working days. Note that in some rare cases (such as
transmitters on special frequency bands) delivery may be between to 4-6 weeks as
these items may have to be specially manufactured. Please call us for more
information on individual items.
DELIVERY SERVICES
We offer a range of delivery services to suit
varying needs:
Next working day (standard): £12.90
Next working day small packet £6.60 (for small,lightweight items)
Next working day before 12pm: £18.50
Next working day before 10.30am: £21.50
Next working day before 9am: £30.00
Saturday: £30.00 (time limit not specified but goods usually arrive
by 2pm)
Pallet – dependant on size/weight, please call for a quote
Same Day – dependant on location and size/weight, please call for a quote
International - dependant on location and size/weight, please call for a quote
Prices are for goods up to 15kg gross weight. Extra kilos are charged at 33p per
kilo. Please call us for a final figure.
Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 3pm the previous day. If for
any reason we will not be able to deliver next day a member of our sales team
will contact you as soon as possible after the order is placed.
TIMED DELIVERIES: Timed deliveries may be attempted any time from 7am,
please ensure somebody is available to receive the goods from this time.
If you have requested a timed delivery that has not arrived please call us after
the time stated has passed and we will do our best to track your parcel and make
sure it is delivered to you. We cannot provide progress details unless the
delivery is overdue.
DELIVERY TO SITE: Please ensure you include a contact name and phone
number for all site addresses, especially for Saturday deliveries. If there is a
problem with your delivery our offices will not be open until the following
Monday. By providing a telephone number our couriers can contact you directly.
