Fault with a product?
Got a problem ? Something not working properly ?
Fuzion service is always available
to help you when things go wrong. Here is a quick point by point
guide to what you should do in the unlikely event that one of our
products develops a fault.
First, write down all aspects of the
fault. Note what the unit does or doesn't do and what you are
expecting it to do!
Check obvious things like cables and
mains fuses if the thing is completely dead.
Call Fuzion Technical to discuss the
problem on 01932 882222 (or +44 1932 882222 if you're calling
from outside the UK)
• If all else fails then you'd best send the
unit to us to have a look at it. To help our engineers to locate
the fault and get the information to us quickly, first
visit our online
Returns Number (RMA) system to obtain a Returns Number.

Read the returns page
carefully, noting that we really do need all the details stated
on the form. If you miss details off, we may have problems
returning the item to you or we may not be able to properly
locate the fault.
Note that you must
get an RMA number (and write it clearly on the outside of the
box) before returning the item to us or it may be rejected when
it arrives here.
If you are in an
absolute "cannot wait" situation with your repair, please call
us after you have obtained your RMA number and we will endeavour
to help you.
Package the unit up
carefully, using the original box if you still have it! If you
don't have it, then make sure that the packaging you are using
can handle a drop by the courier company. (They all drop stuff -
so make doubly sure!) Be especially careful with sharp corners.
Often, equipment arrives here with the unit poking out of the
side of the box as a sharp corner has penetrated it. If in
doubt, tape up sharp corners! Address
details together with a label are available from within the RMA
System.
We'll do our best to get it sorted out in a timely fashion and
ensure that you're back in action again.
If you would like to discuss the fault when you receive the unit
back, feel free to give us a call. We'd
be happy to talk to you.
